
Premade mandu skin is usually made from wheat flour. Dumpling skin is available in premade versions both fresh and frozen and in smaller or larger sizes. There are premade dumpling skins that can be used to make dumplings for any kind of cooking method; steamed, deep-fried, pan-fried, or boiled. Make sure to check the package because some dumpling skin may state that it is for only certain cooking methods.
If you purchase frozen dumpling skin then store it in the freezer for up to 6 months. When you are ready to use the dumpling skin, let it defrost in your fridge overnight and use the defrosted dumpling skin within 2 days.
