
Seasoned tofu skins have a sweet and vinegary flavor. It is chewy in texture. It contains a premade sauce, and dried ingredients like dried vegetables and sesame seeds. Once the package is opened make sure to store the ingredients in the fridge.
When you are ready to use your package of dumpling skins then first prep your rice. Mix cooked rice with the provided clear sauce and dried seasoning. Then stuff the seasoned rice into the tofu skins. Optionally you can dip the exposed rice part of the pocket into the dried seasoning for an appetizing look.
If you do not want to make the rice filled tofu skins then you can use these tofu skins as a garnish for Japanese ramen.
