“소면” is a type of noodle that is stretched into long strands over a rob and hung to dry. There are different methods of drying based on different noodle masters. These noodles are thin and white and usually made of flour. The fresh version of this noodle also exists.
When you cook this dried noodle you want to add some cold water to the boiling water as it cooks so that it will result in a better texture once completely cooked.
