
Starch syrup is a clear-colored syrup usually made from corn starch. This syrup adds a clean flavor, shine and is less thick than other syrups. When using this syrup, add it at the end of the cooking process to add maximum shine to the dish. It can be used in stir-fried dishes, vegetable side dishes (나물), braised dishes, and or grilled foods. Store this syrup in a cool dry place.
