Dried Pepper Leaves 말린고춧잎 (mal-rin go-chu-sip)

Dried pepper leaves have a mild pepper flavor and fresh fragrance. Store your dried pepper leaves in a cool dark area or the freezer.

Before using these leaves, prep them by soaking the leaves overnight and then simmering them.  Dried pepper leaves are often stir-fried as a side dish.
