Bibimbap can be served in a bowl; it does not need to be served in a Dolsot. The main difference is that you do not get that crisp rice crust.
Just add your cooked rice to any bowl that is a decent size to mix the ingredients in, and then top with your bibimbap vegetables, proteins, sauce, and egg.
This bibimbap is pretty quick to assemble. The rice is served warm, the vegetables can be served at room temp or chilled, and the protein is served warm.
