The basic portion of noodles varies on what the recipe calls for.
If the dish is noodle-based, then for thin noodles, about 100-130g of noodles is best per person.
A portion of thick noodles like knife-cut noodles would be about 200g per person. It can vary higher or lower based on if you want to eat more.Some recipes add some noodles; for instance, a steamed dish (찜) may add some sweet potato noodles (당면). In those instances where noodles are not the main component of the dish, you would only add a little so as not to overwhelm the dish.
