
Dried filefish is a sweet and savory dried fish jerky that is made from flattening filefish and drying it. It can be sold in flattened sheets without bones or butterflied, flattened and dried with the bones, which is called “나비 쥐포 (na-bi jwi-po)”. It is chewy in texture.
It can be toasted and made into side dishes or grilled in a pan and enjoyed with drinks. Make sure to store this dried fish in the fridge or ideally the freezer.
