Soak the red beans for about 10 hours.
The ratio of water to red beans should be 2:1 when added to the pot.
Simmer the red beans until they are tender.
Once tender, drain the beans from the water but do NOT rinse them in cold water.
Add them to a pot and lightly stir fry them without oil to remove more of the water from the beans.
You can then season them with sugar (당원 뉴슈가)
